Weddings are our most popular type of event and probably the number on reason people come to us for their photo booth hire West Midlands. They provide hours of fun for your weddings guests and they always go down really well.
Because our photo booth is an open air booth, it provides entertainment for both the guests being photographed and the guests who just want to stand and watch the action (though resistance is futile and most people eventually have a go).
Photo booths provide an alternative entertainment for those who aren’t so keen on dancing, or what we find is that people simply alternate between dancing, the photo booth and the bar!
Opting for Planet Booths photo booth hire West Midlands, is a great alternative way to document the evening reception. It may even be the only way of documenting the evening if your official wedding photographer has already finished for the day. Don’t forget that your guests all recieve a high quality print after each visit to the photo booth, so everyone has the opportunity to take away a keepsake, a momento, a souvenir from your special day.
Why not take these photographic souvenirs to the next level and incorporate them into your wedding favors. Gift some 6″x4″ or 7″x5″ acrylic block frames as presents, and then your friends and family can later put their favourite photo booth picture in the frames. You can choose to bring your own acrylic blocks, or we can supply them for you, just ask us for details.
Need a less expensive wedding favor that you can give to all the guests? How about giving them our empty picture keyrings and then during the evening we’ll print pictures to insert into the keyrings. Whereas the acrylic blocks are more expensive and are better suited for a smaller number of favors for the wedding party, the keyrings are much cheaper alternative which can be given to many more guests, even everyone! If you would like to know more about the acrylic blocks or keyrings then just get in touch, you handle all this for you as part of your photo booth hire West Midlands.
Most people choose to start the photo booth after the first dance, so some time around 7pm or 8pm. However if there is going to be a pre-reception gap in your wedding day where your guests may be waiting around for the evening event to formally start, then why not book the photo booth for a few additional hours so that we can start to entertain your guests as soon as they start arriving. We can then close the booth during the first dance and cutting of the cake, then re-start the fun straight after. Additional hours start at £75 per hour, and “standing time” where we close the booth, costs £25 per hour, so you’re not paying the full hourly rate whilst the booth is closed.
Even the most camera shy guests love the photo booth. People who did not seem so keen to have their photos taken during the day by the official photographer, seem to lose their camera shyness when there’s a inflatable guitar, some silly glasses and a sunbrero available. It’s suitable for all ages, from the kids to the grandparents.
If you choose our optional ivory leather guest book package, we print an additional set of all the pictures and assemble them in to this beautiful guest book, and ask your guests to leave a comment. The result is that you receive a lovely guest book containing all the photos from the photo booth, which you can sit back and enjoy when you get back from your honey moon or on a rainy Sunday afternoon. It’s the alternative wedding album!
So as you can see, there’s many reasons why hiring a Planet Booths photo booth is a great idea for your special wedding day! It’s no surprise to us that weddings are the number one reason couples look for photo booth hire West Midlands. To discuss any of the above ideas, or to just check whether we are available on your special day, just get in touch, we would love to hear from you.
