We are a UK based service company, and operate within the UK, Europe and globally. Any information that you provide with us may be shared with and processed by any of our third parties that are associated with us, for example our accountants.

When you contact us, if you opt to receive regular emails from us, then your name and email address will be stored in MailChimp, which is the third-party software service we use for creating and sending our marketing emails. You may unsubscribe from our marketing emails at any time. This can be done by clicking the unsubscribe link at the footer of every marketing email or contacting us directly and requesting to be removed.

When you contact us, or make a booking with us, your details are stored in Light Blue Software, which is the third-party software we use for managing our business. We will keep this information for ten years so that we can contact you regarding

  • any photography copyright issues which arise after the event, for example your photographs are used for unauthorised commercial use

When you opt to make a payment using our online payment system, your transaction will be processed and recorded by “Stripe”. They will have their own Privacy Policy, and as a financial services company, will be governed by their relevant financial services authority.

If you purchase a wedding album from us, your personal details will be given to our wedding album manufactures, Folio Albums, so that they can post the wedding album directly to your address.

All these third parties will have their own Privacy Policies.

We do not share, sell or make your personal information commercially available to any other third parties.

Technical Information

Our website uses Google Analytics, which is an analytics tool that tracks and reports visits to our website. This information is used to report how our websites are being used and how to improve the websites. Google Analytics does this by placing small text files called “cookies” on your device. The cookies collect information such as the number of visits to the website, the pages visited, and the length of time visited. The data is aggregated and therefore anonymous.
