Get Ready For Your Christmas Party

The Christmas party season is well and truly upon us, with people all over the country preparing to doll themselves up for a night out with their friends or colleagues.

The Christmas party season is well and truly upon us, with people all over the country preparing to doll themselves up for a night out with their friends or colleagues.

In fact, after two years of not being able to have festive dos because of Covid-19 restrictions, there has been a 168 per cent increase in party bookings compared with this time last year, according to a survey by card marketplace thortful.com.

A spokesperson from thortful told HR News Christmas dos will be “back with a bang” this year.

“It’s no surprise that many are excited to be back celebrating some festive cheer with their work colleagues.”

More than half of workers (54 per cent) claim to love Christmas parties, with this increasing to 71 per cent for those in public service and administration jobs.

This is despite more than a third (35 per cent) admitting to regretting their actions on a Christmas night out with work, and nearly half (45 per cent) saying they have kissed a co-worker at such an event.

After a couple of years without a Christmas party, it is worth treating the rest of the team by making it one to remember.

As well as hiring a good venue, throwing some money behind the bar, and making a good playlist to dance the night away, why not hire a photo booth in Tamworth?

Spoiling your colleagues also has the bonus of boosting team morale and, subsequently, productivity at work.

TechRound stated it shows employees they are valued, helps everyone get to know each other, and boosts staff engagement.
